The cranking amps of the battery in the 2015 I bought recently could not turn over the engine at 0 degrees so I assume it is the original as it only had 1532 km on the bike when I bought it. I jumped it with a car battery to get it going to thin out the oil for draining then took the battery out and put it on a charger, it immediately indicated fully charged. There was a thread a while back about batteries of some special type that work better and last longer I think Keith was speaking about it. Anyone remember the type he was speaking about, it will be new battery time next spring?
