I replaced my 17 tooth.
I run a 19/42 set up on mine.
Ride her like a 4 speed with an overdrive.
I have thought about an 18 tooth on the front, but I feel like I do pretty good off the line.
Since you have it you should try it.
I no longer try to shift to 6th gear.
