tell ya what i did...stopped by a metal shop and ask if they had a scrap piece of aluminum maybe 2ft by 1 1/2"?? guy sez what for, i tell him my plan and find out he's a biker and more than willing to help. he grabs a piece of scrap and takes it over to the cut off brake and cuts it to size and then cuts it in half for me,i sez how much do i owe ya he sez bring it back when your done..so i brought the pieces home and put them in the vice and bent them into an L shape, dilled a hole in the end of each the size of the bolts for the light bar and VIOLA put my tool pouch back on and job done, cost..$0.00 i took the bike over and showed the guy and he thought that was cool so he made the same for himself and now i see him around, like at bike nite and such. so i accomplished 2 things i got my tool pouch brackets and met a new biker friend. i didnt put a cross piece on and havnt needed it as of yet, but i could see putting one across the bottom to join the 2 pieces together and give the bag a little support across the bottom but i dont think it's nesesery. hope this helps!!!
