it looks like HD is getting pretty desparate to increase their customer base. they have really cut back on production. We have been hearing about the worker layoffs in the local news.
Plus the used bike market is not helping them, the aging out riders are dumping the HD bikes on the market as they move to wheelchairs and walkers.
