2005 Speedmaster- shorty exhuast 3" baffles, removed airbox, plugged AI, made custom battery box(fake oil tank)
Custom air cleaners. Rejetted carbs, Relocated key, removed fins from gear cover(will be chrome)

Soon to come - white walls, solo seat, custom paint, lightbar, chrome engine covers, and chrome custom rear foot hangers.

Used 2-1/8" ID exhaust pipe. Cut 2 pieces to make a 45. Welded them together cut a new back plate for the air cleaner welded it to the pipes. Then notched the pipe so the clamp would compress it on the carb.

Installed 137.5 main jets. runs great on high rpms but I think I need to bump up the pilot jets to 45.

The battery box and air cleaners look great!!!!! I wish I had the skill to do stuff like that.
