Someone sent off three tests and basically got three different answers.
It was a while ago but the jist of it was it depended on markers matching what the companies had on record as their base line.

OBVIOUSLY these different companies that offer the service are actually a government department in a basement somewhere (no doubt Area 51) and
they use these different companies as cover to get your DNA for free (in fact you pay THEM) then they track you through sensors placed all around the country
(mainly in the buttons on ATM machines etc) to track your every move.
