), but your tread title is a bit misleading. This incident didn't happen at Bonneville Utah, it happened on Australia's Lake Gairdner.
But yeah, that's one tough lady there, alright.
And which reminded me of the recent speed record attempts by the group running that streamlined Triumph Rocket-3 powered bike.
It seems that effort has been permanently scuttled from what I can make out.
(...anybody know if my impression about this is mistaken?)
