Yeah, the operative words here are "safe and sane"! Which doesn't describe a whole lot of the nut cases in cars(especially pretty young women in new cars
) who are also a "passive" part of this road technique. I did some lane splitting while I was in Cali a couple of years ago, saved a TON of time. But I was scared sheetless the whole time I was doin it!
