I have had a very frustrating experience with BikeBandit. Ordered a oem chain and sprocket kit from them. Days later I'm informed via email the item was backordered. 25 days or more. Call in to cancel order and buy items individually. Rep was not helpful and didn't seem to want to sell me anything. I had a bunch of questions about my order that they dicked up and their answer was that Triumph doesn't want to sel through 3rd parties and he wouldn't know if each item is on back order until I ordered it and then found out days later. REALLY???? This is the biggest piece of ****** business model I've ever heard. I love these bikes but the company is an illogical mess of a joke. The brand is brought down by this BS.
So can anyone recommend a VERY GOOD AFTERMARKET chain and sprocket kit? I need tensioners too now. I will take the best I can get and Triumph does not get my money on this one. And you know what? I wanted a Thunderbird Storm, but if this keeps up I will look into other brands for real. I was Triumph or nothing for a loooong time. Screw these guys.
