Bolthorn was Bestla's mother a frost giant. Buri was formed by a cow and was the father of Borr. So the frost giant and Borr made Odin. Absolutely clear to any casual onlooker.
How can you not keep up with this?
It all started with a cow and the sweat from the cow as it licked the ice to make the rivers made the giant gods.
I don't think we are sure where the cow came from but the rest is clearly factual.
