They launched the biggest most powerful rocket in the world yesterday. Along with a red Tesla convertible they are going to put in Orbit. Did you happen to see the launch from your backyard, Moe?

I observed it as it was dropping its first stages (way up in the clear blue). the building shaking kinda gave away the fact that it didn't launch at 1:30, but at closer to quarter to 4. I did see the two first stages deceleration firings. Those were almost on top of each other being so close to each other side by side. That was a freaking buck rogers moment for sure. Night time landing are even more amazing. the heavy ROARED!
Yeah, I kicked myself for not seeing the lift off. As I would have seen the two falcon 9's strapped to the center falcon 9. Clearly.

They should have put a '68 Rambler Ambassador in orbit instead. I know I would be more impressed.

Ryk a real classic however they might have to send the fossil fuel with it whereas anyone in the universe can create electricity.

What did it for me was the side-by-side landing of the booster rockets.
Felt like I was in a sci-fi movie... but instead, it was the real thing!
Very cool....

That was great. But, had that been IN a sci-fi movie, no one would believe it !!
I watched the last Falcon 9 launch too. Excuse my ignorance but I had no idea that launch to deploying the satalite was only approx 30 mins !!

I know how heavy they are sans fuel, I volunteered to push by hand a comely Lass back in 1970, six blocks to a gas station as she was out of fuel. She was driving an Ambassador convertible with the top down. In short order I was running out of gas too, so I told her to fiddle with her tube top and sit on her purse for better exposure, didn't take long and I had three guys helping me push. The rockets takeoff and the booster landings should have stroked Elon s ego enough, the lightweight car in space, Meh. Now a 6200 Lbs Rambler, that's a real payload.

Aren’t there any littering laws in space? You can just dump anything you want out there. There’s already plenty of space junk floating around

Isn't that Tesla bound for a Mars Orbit? Mars isn't nearly as cluttered as the Earth, yet.
