HD has been working on this closure for a long time. A few years back I was commuting from Milwaukee to KC every week. There would always be a bunch of HD factory guys on the flights. They were talking about documentation and assembly practices that there transferring from KC to the plant in India. Not copying, transferring. I am surprised that plant staid open as long as it has.
