The article is based on the market in India. I saw a couple of their bikes at the Chicago IMS show last year. They are not the quality build of a Triumph, but for the money I thought the were a good bike.
I had no idea they were such a huge company and so dominate in India. Cannot imagine Harleys would be that great on the roads there.
