Next phase. Back surgery in early Jan. Fuze the 3 lower vertebrae and clean out the canal the nerves run down. MRI showed that the bike wreck was the straw that broke, oh, wait it was my back... Had damage from years of playing too hard. Couldn't have been from work since I had pretty cushy jobs most of my life. Oh well. Riding shape by late spring is now my goal.
