actually, used to own one...an '83 XLS...cast iron sporty, pre-Evo by about 6 months...had it nicely accessorized, overbored to 70 cid, with a mild cam grind and aftermarket pipes...the XLS was a limited run special edition with mag wheels and a fat bob tank...looked a lot like an FX...looked nice, pretty fast, and sounded great! but, I love my TBA, and I sure as hell wouldn't even consider an 883...or for that matter even a 1200...no siree bob...
