Just to update.
I've ordered 11" shocks and a new handlebar.
I have a bad case of handlebaritis...can't wait to mount them. I'm also thinking about cutting my baffles out as well. Right now I've only cut the ends of my stock exhaust to make it SLIGHTLY louder.
