reave1 It is an absolutely easy, non-mechanical process. It took me 20 sec. on each side with the Hole saw. Cost was $8.50 (shipping to the next guy - Thanks Mikesr) Did it right on the bike.
Will know more in the spring when I can really run it up if I need to rejet or other stuff. As for Thunder pipes? I would likely go that way if I didn't have constraints put on me by my "accountant" who wants a remodled bathroom first.
