I would like to replace the stock round mirrors on my 07 America with a rectangular shape. Problem is I don't know what size thread to look for. Looking on EBay, most of the ones I've found say for 10mm but I was told that Triumph uses a 15mm thread where it screws into the handlebars. Can anyone shed some light on this for me please.
07 America, Pacific Blue/New England White.

Unless they have changed, Triumph uses a tapered stem with a nut on the end. Most aftermarket mirror will require an adapter.

I put the OEM ovals on my America. Price was decent at like 120.00 US. And they're chromed METAL, unlike the stock Mickey Mouse plastic lollipop ones. I love the look and the visual field is great...
