Hi
Odds are heavily that it's the new tyre/s.....I'm waiting to put a few more miles on them and will then change them both.
Others on the RAT forum have had the same, usually after a change of tyres.
I can confirm what it's NOT.
Not a) steering head or wheel bearings.Nor disc warp.
b) chain or sprockets
c) a fuelling map issue
d) almost certainly not a gearbox output bearing/ shaft problem. No sign of any wobble on the output shaft on external examination and perfect in all other gears and speeds other than 2nd between 25- 30 mph.
What I've also noticed v recently in addition to the pulsing is that at very low speeds( under 5 mph) I. Can feel a slight shimmy through the handlebars.
I'll post when I change my tyres and see what effect this has.

Have you string lined your front and rear tyres, to ascertain your centerlines reasonably match? Try that if your new tyres doesn't fix the issue.
