It would be very surprising and likely doomed to fail if Triumph put the same engine in an America or Speedmaster that they have in the Street Twin. Some specs below.

I too would like to see an 11 or 1200 cc engine in the new cruiser, however, if they boosted the current HP and torque by ~20% using a variant of the 900 engine, that would not be bad.

Interestingly HP and torque numbers seem to be removed from the Triumph web site and PDF brochures currently.
