Actually it went very well...so smooth and just as rapid... probably more so but we have a lot of speed cameras on the M25 so 95 was the most I saw on the clock in an hour's ride.
It felt pretty unstressed at that speed I have to concede.
On the return my TBA felt clunky and vibratory by comparison!
So I won't rule out a 900 TBA if the worst happens.
I do though feel for the poor s*d who ends up buying the scrambler...no way to run in a new bike.
After you saying this Al I'll have to keep an open mind on a 900 too.
