Well if that's the case, it just adds insult to the insult to injury of the whole ordeal.
The dealer charges $170 for an oil change, and then over fills it to boot? Potentially damaging the engine?
Actually makes me wonder if maybe they didn't have the filter in stock (but charged me for it anyway), but still used the full amount. Either that or they just poured in all 4 quarts they charged me for.
Ugh ... so should I just try draining some out? Or suck it up and do a full drain/refill.
