I've bitched enough on Facebook so I'll spare y'all the details. Suffice it to say none of the other 15 or so riders stopped to make sure we were ok or to help. Never would have had that issue with this group.
Anyway. I was able to get control of the slide and bring the thing to a stop without severely injuring or killing Dani. So there's that.

That is messed up that the group you were riding w didn't stop to see if you were alright. Most people I ride with stop for a biker along the road that need help even if they are a stranger. I lived in Co for 7 years. Some of residents are a little stuck up and kind of strange. That is biker etiquette 101. to stop and help a fellow biker.
