Material looks a lot like the KDrive bags, which is a fake leather they call Iparex 1100.
and the mounting system's a similar concept.

d@mn fine! Lots easier than trying to mate easybrackets up to a bag, get them the same on each side, then find out that the brackets are too tight or too loose on your bike.
