I don't know why but I just had the most difficult time putting the headlight assembly back together the ring came out with no problems , I changed to the new led bulb from fast Eddie that Santa brought me and then , holy crap !! The thing fought me like crazy trying to get the ring back in place
but I just kept at it and finally it just snapped in ? Funny how things do that sometimes . I remember couple yrs ago I was changing the alternator on my sons Kia van after what seemed like hrs of fighting it , it just popped out
I have no explanation at all as to why or what was the hold up but believe me I didn't question it when that ring snapped back into place and the screw holes were lined up ? I was quick to get the screws in and be done with it
now to go for a ride and make sure it stays and all is well . Just in time for bike night . It sure is bright in the shop , can't wait to see what it looks like at night . Now I think I need to change the light bar lights , they just look weak and yellow
