Just asking, because water in small amounts (rain/mist) will actually run better.
def water in the carbs, and a lot of it. this is the third time it has happened. i am starting to put a lot of stock in Wade's theory...God help me 
seriously though, you guys who don't have the issue, do you ride with your legs tight in to the bike?
