I know how youse guys look forward to my movie reviews so here's the latest. Just came back from the latest King Arther telling, "Legend of Excaliber". Might as well have called it "King Fred and His Magic Sword". The plot basically had nothing at all to do with the story of King Arther. Just throw in a mention of "Merlin", and a magic sword named "Excaliber" with the main character named Arther and you have pretty well exhausted any connection between this stinker movie telling and the original wonderful legend.There have been quite a few movies done on the subject, including the worst, starring Connery and his cardboard clad knights, but the only one that even came close was the movie "Excaliber" from the 70s. Its a shame somebody can't do a good King Arther movie, cause the original legendary story is great.
