Hello everyone, first post for me.Just finished the swap. After lurking on several sites I took the plunge!All went super smooth.Trimmed the front rubbers,cut off the bonneville tank wings,drilled new hole,loosen rear motor mount to move fuel line to the right side.Everyting lined up perfectly.I couldn't find a introduction tab so I hope this is ok for first post.

When I rebuilt my bike I got a older carb bike tank and I regret not going with the Bonneville tank.
Life need a little Triumph!
2008 Triumph Speedmaster, Single baffle drag pipes, lots of black powder coatin,K&N pods, AI removed, TBS needles and a procom cdi.

Procured the tank from ebay.There were several available from 200 to 600.The one bought had the matching fuel pump. I jumped on this one.It came off a 2014 scrambler,with a tiny (dime size dent) hardly noticeable.Total cost 350. I think I did well considering the higher priced ones had more damage. Very Nice!!! Make sure you post under Members Rides. I have always kinda used that as my home page for bike updates so people can see the order everything happened in. I also do it for myself since I suffer from short term memory loss.
