Went out to check pressures today....woops, f****n big screw in the back tyre.
Oh well, best I find it now rather than next week when I'm off to Devon in it.
Getting it off and repaired was simple but I admit I wrestled over long putting the spindle back...seemed to have a life of its own and I'd have appreciated someone to hold/ wiggle the wheel...but done eventually and a perfect excuse to repair to my local pub... from where I send this missive.
