I had the same problem with my 07 Speedmaster blowing fuses when I used the rear brake. Check the wiring harness for chaffing where the top frame splits under the seat. I have a Freak kit and the bracket had worn into the harness shorting out the brake wire
I'll really have to take a very close look at this. I had the bike up on the bike stand on the weekend and disconnected the after market horn and an aftermarket power port (cig. lighter). I changed the fuse and tested the signals, horn and front and rear brakes. All worked fine. I went to go for a test drive and the first time I touched the brakes the fuse blew.
