The last I heard(and this was in November of 2016 and when I was back in the L.A. area for the big Hansen Dam British M/C rally and while there stopped into Matt Capri's shop in Lomita to say hello), his big bore specialist Carlos was still operating this part of their old operation.
My suggestion would be to place a call to the phone number I still see listed on their website...310 784-7693...and see if there's been a change in policy or even if Matt has decided to shut down his operation entirely and has closed his doors for good. He is getting up in age now. I think he's now about 75. And besides, when I visited him that Saturday afternoon, it was as quiet as a cemetery at midnight inside his then only Norton and Royal Enfield dealership, and I did get that whole "writing on the wall" feeling, if ya know what I mean.
