I've known a few collectors and while they may own fine examples of various cars they always have one favorite that they drive more than the rest, and if it came down to it that car would be the one they would never sell off.
Regarding the tight riding position of modern sport bikes it isn't age and condition because I've ridden with young people in great shape that are stretching out their back after just 30 minutes of being balled up in that knees in your armpits crouch. No thanks.
