They're at 50% but losing market share to Indian Motorcycle slowly but surely. And it's not just Indian that's hurting HD, motorcycle sales in general are down, especially for the heavyweight (high priced!) variety.
Let's face it, for most people a motorcycle is a luxury item in this economy. A lot of people are unwilling or unable to drop $20K, $25K, $30K on a motorcycle when they're just trying to make ends meet.
