Excuse me, but that's the precise recipe for a high-side. Why? Because the moment you take your foot off the rear brake and the tire regains traction the bike will attempt to swap ends, and over the top you will go.

Best thing to do is to try to ride out the skid with your foot on the brake, and do the best you can to stay upright. Under no circumstances should you lay the bike down.
