After sending a "follow up" email thanking him for his attention to your issue, and stating that due to HIS involvment I would consider Cycles USA for future purchases...

I got an Email from Joe expressing his thanks and appreciation for the feedback to them....

I've got to give him credit HE (the president of the company) is taking this seriously and has been involved with solving the issue!

I know were all SPOILED ROTTEN by Brent and Newspeedmaster.com, and Ed at fasteddysports.com at because THEY are so involved with us and our transactions with them...and some of the other "specialty" venders we deal with...

but in the rest of the world, IE Big impersonal suppliers, it's refreshing to see some one HIGH UP take responsibility AND CORRECT the problem!!

Everybody makes mistakes...it's how they resolve those mistakes that I feel make or break them!!

Granted we did all (six or more of us)send them an email expressing our dissatisfaction with the treatment of one of our oun (great plan by the way) but he could have blown us off....

He choose to resolve it quickly and took the time to respond to each of our emails...quodos!! to Joe!

As long as the mistakes are few and far between
