My problem as well, with alot of the hardware out there it looks great to ride but anything over 90degree angle at the knee and it hurts after a short time in the saddle.I wish Triumph would do demo days so we could at least test ride them for 15 minutes thats how I know I wont buy the BMW F700GS that so appealed to me in the show room.



I had to buy a footpeg relocation kit to move the pegs back 4"as the position on my '07 was placing my knee in just the wrong position now.When I bought the bike it was ok, but my knees have deteriorated.As for mid-mount pegs[which I like] forget it.
I feel like "goldielocks" ,The pegs on the later Americas/Speedys are 2" back from the earlier models which would probably be "just right" for me but the 4" back will do.
