I had an R3 for 5 years and I've ridden an R3T. If I was buying another (and I've been looking ...), I'd get an R3 and buy panniers / screen / cupholder etc to make an R3T (and budget for rear tyres lasting 3,000 miles). Ooh, ooh - stick a batwing fairing on and fit a stereo !! I'm not the first to say the R3T doesn't ride as nicely as an R3
