I agree with Ryk, there seems to be little QC with stuff leaving the factory ( China) and sometimes even US plants. I was at Home Depot and there were 12 recall notices on products sold by them.
Last week I went through 18, yes 18 cans of Rustoleum rattle can before I got one to spray longer than 2 seconds. Got 3 different lamps from Lowes and all 3 had missing parts. Unacceptable.
