I really appreciate the thoughts and input! There's options and they all make sense... Since my dealership is about 150 miles away, I'll need to block time to get down there and do the remap; and, there's the tune ecu route as well; meanwhile my long time bike mechanic tells me the remap isn't necessary. So, I'm thinking my new scoot will be okay until I can jet down to the dealer.
