As stated above, you should not have any problem running stock mufflers and the TOR tune.
Base tune with the restrictive stock mufflers = slight lean running condition
TOR tune with freer flowing TOR mufflers = similarly slight lean running condition
TOR tune and stock mufflers will likely leave you a bit on the rich side but not excessively so.
