on the ride to Chehalis the other day, there was a guy and his wife that rode with us on a 1982 750 Bonneville Executive. It was a great looking bike.

I talked to him about his bike for a few minutes. Everything on it is still orignal/factory (even the paint). He was saying that he was told that there wore only about a dozen or so of that model (with both kick and electric start) that were shipped to North America.

I dont have actual pictures of his bike to post (camera got soaked on the way home). But here is one that looks just like it, except for the one he has also has the factory top luggage bag.

Cool bike... sucks about the camera. Is it trashed? I was in Portland this weekend riding with my brother but newscasters warned of afternoon rain so we were done by 2:30 and missed getting drenched.

The paint fade and fairing reminds me of a BMW R90S. Sweet bike!

Boy, I'll say. But looks very cool, Triumph's first sport-tourer? Gotta say I've never seen one before. Someone on the Triumphrat.net just set his bike up that way with the Parabellum scout fairing and a set of Leatherlyke hard bags.
