I did a similar thing when I first bought this bike.I was following a car into a roundabout .I darted a look to see if there was anything coming my way.Looked back and the car in had stopped.
I grabbed the anchors and high sided off the bike.I just managed to miss the back end of the stopped car.The lady looked in her rear mirror, and drove off at speed leaving me in the road.Luckily it only happened at maybe 10 mph.Busted my full face helmet visor and put a small scratch on one muffler and a small scratch on the end of the hand grip.Lucky
