I agree on the minimum wage. We hire at $1 or so over the minimum or all we would get would be utter derelicts. We do hire 15 year olds at the minimum wage occasionally, in smaller populated areas. We do offer the 15 year old, 100% drivers eduation reimbursement (parents pay about $300 here in MD for class). We also offer 100% college education tuition reimbursement. No bene'ies or hiring at the minimum wage and the place would be empty.
