Hyperflex the tendons slowly in degrees. Grab your fingertips with your left hand and bend the fingertips and wrist back towards the elbow until it starts to hurt a bit. Hold it for 30 seconds or so. Now do the thumb. Increase as the days go by and see if that helps.
I have totally cured plantar fasciitis in my feet by stretching.
