I have De Quervain's syndrome/disease affecting both my thumbs/wrists.Throttle and clutch.I have used a throttle rocker on longish trips but I find bigger diameter handgrips like Kuriyakin iso grips help.I have some scorpion brand that're a little better.A wrist strap leather or elastic can help too
