Chris, Two things have brought me some relief - 1. A throttle rocker. It seems to take some of the stress from the wrist. 2. changing the angle of the bars. rolling them down about an inch made a big improvement for me. You might need to try several settings and test rides to see if there is any improvement. I've also noticed that the more I ride the less discomfort I experience.
