Most M/C mags have an add for Color Rite, they can get touch up paint for most colors. The dealer was no help for me when I had to paint my Hard Bags. I had to send to England for a half pint of Red for my bike, and I work at a bump shop! My 02 was Red and a three stage paint being a Candy color. The new Ford color RR Red is available every where and is pretty close and may be close enough for small touch up jobs if you can't get the Triumph paint. There is a paint code list in the tech section on this forum where you can check your codes but if it's the same Red as my 02 you will have some trouble ahead.
