Well... I had a little mishap last weekend and my bags (left side only) looks like Wolverine decided to take some aggression out on it.
Body shop quoted me about as much as a new set would cost so now Im debating a few options and am wondering if anyone has input to share on any of the options?

Option 1 - get the bags coated with LineX (for those not familiar its bed liner). If I did this it would be a temp solution until I bought a new set of bags.

Option 2 - replace with the ABS bags. Mostly the same as the fiberglass but the hing portion is a little shorter. No real reason other than passenger leg room...which I don't really care about as I always ride solo.

I guess what Im really curious about is if anyone has a set of the ABS bags? Any feedback?

Anyone ever get the quick release bags? Any feedback? Pics of them mounted?
