Out and about on '00 T-bird Sport this afternoon... man these bikes are just too much fun. I had fine tuned the valves and tweaked the carbs on this one a few years back and it will still take your breath when you roll the throttle on.
"Whistlers" I call the old 900 cc triples.. the distinctive sound of the cam chain goes from a purr to a whistle with just a twist of the throttle.
Just get tucked in and hold on cause the thing eats twisties and has plenty of torque to get you out of the pockets. I could get into real trouble with this bike...
Anyways.. Well done Triumph! Whatever else you've done, you got this one right.
