I didn't look, but is there a part number specific factory puller mentioned in the fat blue manual? At least in the old days, vehicle manuals occasionally showed a purchasable factory tool or even a drawing on how to fabricate the tool needed. For instance, I have the Triumph cam disassembly tool, you don't absolutely need it, but it does make the task straight forward and somewhat easier.
